Sales Team Supervisor

Role Overview 

The Sales Team Supervisor will lead and manage Tuwayq.com’s sales representatives to for achieving vendor acquisition by monitoring conversion ratios across outdoor and digital channels, ensuring successful closure by the sales team. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to close deals with large and medium-sized retailers. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. 
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to improve performance. 
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire vendors and onboard them to Tuwayq.com. 
  • Monitor field sales visits and digital outreach to ensure coverage of target markets. 
  • Track KPIs (conversion rates, leads generated, deals closed) and report performance. 
  • Support the team in negotiations and high-value client meetings. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure lead flow and targeted campaigns. 
  • Ensure CRM is updated with accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or FMCG. 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong team management, coaching, and communication skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
  • Fluent in Arabic and English. 
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits.

Must Have
